In response to suggestions from many previous attendees, we have restructured our programme to match the needs of a wider audience. The courses have accordingly been restructured into the Overview and Function Specific Series.
The notes below describe the
(i) type of courses available
(ii) when the courses are to hold and
(iii) the course locations.

|
| (i) OVERVIEW SERIES |
As the name suggests, these courses are broad in scope and give participants a complete general overview of the relevant topic area.
The overview courses are exhaustive and in depth in nature ensuring that participants have a solid grasp of the general principles that will enable them use the relevant solutions. Courses under this option include product and module overview courses and end-user training courses. |

(ii) FUNCTION SPECIFIC SERIES |
Function specific courses aim to equip individual participants to effectively deliver on their core functions within the Organization. You may attend the comprehensive courses and follow this up with the function specific courses.
This in effect means that in addition to global overview courses, you are addressing your specific areas of responsibility in a more advanced and in-depth manner. This will help to boost your productivity along specific responsibility lines within your Organisation. |

| B. COURSE TIMING |
You are at liberty to choose the time for your course. You can either come for our scheduled courses which are cheaper, or determine a date when you can send at least 4 participants and register for the off schedule option. |

| (i) SCHEDULED COURSES |
SystemSpecs Training Academy runs an open programme of different course types all year through at our well-equipped training center. These courses are pre-dated and have ranging frequencies thus allowing you to properly structure your own training for the year and to pre-plan your attendance and that of your other staff.
Our scheduled courses have fixed class sizes and require that your nominations are confirmed to us in payment at least (4) clear weeks before training commencement dates.
Participants go through instructor–led hands on training using generic data and working with different scenario settings. |
| SystemSpecs operates a payroll management bureau service. This is for organisations who have adopted outsourcing as their standard, or who do not have the relevant internal skills or infrastructure to support their payroll operations and do not want to invest in such. |

| (II) OFF- SCHEDULE COURSES |
These are entirely at your instance to fit into your Organisation's yearly calendar or activity plans.
We expect to receive your request to facilitate any of our available courses at least four (4) clear weeks before the date you expect the programme to kick off. This is to help us plan to deliver to achieve your objectives.
Since such courses will usually be specific to you, we may be using your own Organisation's specific data and scenario occurrences. These have the potential of greatly delivering on the training exercise.
Off-schedule courses will always have a minimum of four (4) of your nominees in attendance. An off-schedule charge of 10% per participant is charged for these courses type.

| C. COURSE VENUE |
To introduce variety and make your training experience a worthwhile and memorable one, you are presented with training venue options for a number of the courses. |

| (i) SYSTEMSPECS TRAINING CENTRE |
A good number of our scheduled courses take place at our multi media equipped and professionally managed training center. Each participant has access to a dedicated powerful system and is given personal attention by our ever observant and attentive facilitators. It always proves to be an exciting time around here.
The package on this course includes training course materials, folders, carry bags, tea/ coffee break and full lunch everyday of the course. Each day is expected to kick off by 9.00am and end by 4.00pm |

| (ii) YOUR SITE |
We are also able to conduct training sessions of our published courses at your site. These are considered as off-schedule courses (refer to B (ii) above).
You will in this case make your site training arrangements which will include a training room, computers (for facilitator and participants), printers, multi media projector, tea, snacks and lunch for participants.
Client site based training attracts 15% extra charge per participant in addition to the published prices.

| (iii) RESORT CENTRES |
Some of our courses are taken out of the usual work environment to more relaxing locations.Â
In such cases, we make arrangements for training materials while we expect participants to be responsible for their own accommodation arrangements except where they indicate they want us to facilitate this.
To cover equipment and other logistics, a 20% surcharge is added to the published prices on the Training Chart.
